When will I be able to register for an event?

Event registration will open mid to late July.

Be sure to follow us on social media to keep up to date with all the news and important info.

Once you have registered for an event, you should receive an email confirmation with the event details. You will also see a pop up on the web site letting you know that your registration has been successful.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, there are a few things you can do.

  1. Check your junk email or spam folder. (For work emails, remember to check the Quarantine Folder as well!)
  2. Wait for 24 hours as sometimes email delivery can be delayed.
  3. Contact the event organiser directly via either the phone number or email address provided.

In most cases, no you won’t need to bring the event registration or show your QR code on entry.

Where event hosts need to check registration details, they can do this through your registration name or email address.

Not a problem – we know that things can come up unexpectedly. Please make sure you contact the even holder directly if you need to change or cancel your registration.

Some events may prepare materials, provide refreshments, or organise activities based on participant numbers. There may also be a wait list for certain events.

Cancelling or amending your registration if you can’t attend will give others an opportunity to attend the event.

Each event will have either a contact number or email address where you can get some more information.

Of course! You’re welcome to attend multiple events, but please only register for those you genuinely plan to attend. Just because it’s free doesn’t mean spots should go to waste.

If you can’t make it, be sure to cancel, as many events have waitlists and others would love the chance to attend.

Event hosts often plan based on registrations, so your consideration helps everyone.
